AI Guided Pre-check

At Kryterion, we are committed to continuously improving the candidate experience. Most recently, we created several new options for simplifying the candidate pre-check process incorporating AI technology. Our AI-guided processes for candidate ID pre-check and room pan produce powerful benefits:

With AI ID Pre-check, the AI assistant replaces the traditional process that requires the candidate to be assisted by a greeter with a swift, self-guided tool. If desired, clients can augment the ID pre-check process with AI Room Pan.
The AI-guided room pan process increases pre-check speed and efficiency when activated. AI Room Pan supplements the experience and judgment of trained greeters by automating the delivery of routine guidance – it does not replace them. The key features of AI Room Pan are:

• Object detection – The AI highlights unauthorized objects in room pan photos taken by candidates with AI guidance – based on pre-defined parameters.
• Recording and reporting – The AI-guided room pan photo session is timed and recorded on video by webcam for later review, if needed. This helps deter cheating. The photos taken and the video recording are then provided to the greeter for final assessment and approval.
• Live chat available – The system supports a live chat session between the candidate and greeter for guidance and support if required.

The AI ID Pre-check and AI Room Pan processes are straightforward and require candidates to store their mobile devices before proceeding with an exam. Please note that the session recordings are managed in accordance with Kryterion’s client data retention policies. These two features are only offered together as the AI ID + AI Pan option.
