Burning Question: What is Your Relationship with Drake International?
Unlike many other companies in our industry, Kryterion is not owned by a venture capital (VC) firm. We are happy to be part of the Drake International family.

Burning Question: What kinds of help will our Customer Success Manager provide?
Kryterion provides a dedicated project support team to guide clients through implementation, training, and program launch. Your designated Customer Success Manager (CSM) will work with you as soon as you decide to kick off your program and manage it. They will manage your onboarding and training, handle your requests, provide status meetings and business reviews, lead issue resolution, and manage any projects you may have.
In addition, your CSM will collaborate closely with you to design a custom-branded candidate portal, making registration and exam launch straightforward. They offer remote training on Webassessor features, including item creation, test form management, exam rules, and reporting, empowering clients to maximize the platform’s potential.
All of this leads to a smooth transition when partnering with Kryterion. We currently have teams located in the US, UK, and Japan.
Burning Question: How Long Does it Take to Get Test Results?
Assessment results are available immediately after an exam is submitted. Test administrators have direct access to them in our interface within the candidate’s transcript history. Results are available in Webassessor in real-time as exam sessions are submitted.
Candidates can also receive their results immediately on screen or via email, which can be as detailed as an overall score, a score on each topic/domain, or simply a pass/fail result. This setup is customizable to the client’s preference and by each exam. When a candidate clicks submit, they are shown a screen to confirm they want to submit their exam, as they won’t be allowed to view the exam again. Once submitted, the candidate will see their result on screen as well as any custom pass/fail message used and immediately receive a confirmation email with the results on screen.
Burning Questions: Who and What Exactly are Psychometricians?
Psychometricians work with organizations to create a high quality and legally defensible exam. In other words, they are there as a resource and an asset so that test delivery doesn’t have to be done alone.
Some of the services that psychometricians can provide include:

- Test blueprint development
- Item writing and review
- Item and exam analysis
